Зайдем на любой джобовый сайт. Не важно какой. Посмотрим вакансии на позицию кодеров. Посмотрим зарплаты. Если отбросить в сторону что Джава круче 1с, 1С — это разве программирование? — увидим что зарплаты на примерно одинаковые позиции разные. И стоит признать, что в 1С они выше. На 15-35 килорублей в среднем. Да и начальные требования в 1с намного слабее.
Почему же так происходит? Классическое программирование, высокоуровневые языки, базы данных, методологии, шаблоны, ООП и прочие "вкусности" — требуют намного большей квалификации и объема знаний...думают многие...и я...
Но посмотрим на труд первоснега. Кроме 1Сных заморочек, которые включают знания нескольких конфигураций, платформ, версий — любой средний 1Сник неплохо подкован в "бизнес-процессах" — бухгалтерии, налогах, складское хозяйство, зарплата и прочее. И не редко именно он помогает бизнесу оптимизировать документооборот и финансовые операции, фактически принуждая работать по-новому ("по-старому программа уже не работает"). Я не слышал про 1с-аналитиков или тестеров, зато знаю аналитиков, пишущих спеки, тестеров, отлавливающих баги, кодеров, пишущих эти баги ("они сами туда залезли" =) Т.е. стандартный процесс разработки ПО в любой софтверной компании (в общем случае). Возможно, в крупных компаниях специализирующихся на 1с- такая же ситуация, но фрилансеры, самисебекодеры знают и мат. и практ и теор. части =)
В этом смысле высокие зарплаты первоснегов кажутся мне закономерными, поскольку в течении дня для бизнеса (т.е. реальные результаты кодирования) они делают намного больше. "Новый" закон Парето гласит — 99% функционала обеспечивает 1% кода. Будем чесными все-таки =). Этот 1 процент намного больше (в плане функционала, полезности) у первоснега, чем у джависта и дотнетчика, поскольку у них все эти спеки, методологии, классы. Новые возможности 8.1 и 8.2 дали программистам новые возможности, упростили работу, повысили эффективность.
А ведь +5-10 лет еще...=)

 1С помог малый бизнес Российская 1C почти догнала Oracle — второго по величине игрока на российском рынке автоматизированных систем управления (ERP) В 2007 г. разрыв между 1С и Oracle, по данным IDC, сократился с 6% до 0,5% (см. диаграмму). 1С увеличила свою долю на этом рынке с 12% до 14,4%, а Oracle, напротив, уменьшила с 18% до 14,9%.
